Traveler's Declaration

Through Resolution No. 079 of 2024, Panama adopts the design and content of the form known as the "Traveler's Declaration" in digital format. This resolution updates and establishes provisions related to the submission of the traveler's declaration in the customs context. The objective is to facilitate the control of the entry and exit of travelers and their luggage, promoting automation and the use of information and communication technologies.
